Job Title: Administrative Manager
The Administrative Manager is the backbone of the school’s non-academic operations. You will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of day-to-day facilities, finance, transport, and statutory compliance. Reporting directly to the Principal and School Management, you will ensure the campus operates efficiently, allowing academic leadership to focus entirely on teaching and learning
Finance & Procurement
- Oversee budget planning, fee collection monitoring, and daily expenditure tracking.
- Manage the procurement of school supplies, uniforms, and IT equipment while negotiating with vendors.
- Process payroll, manage petty cash, and support external financial audits.
Campus & Infrastructure Management
- Ensure the smooth functioning of physical infrastructure, including classrooms, laboratories, and sports facilities.
- Supervise housekeeping, security personnel, and maintenance staff to maintain a clean, hygienic, and secure learning environment.
- Manage student transport operations, ensuring bus safety guidelines and route efficiency
