1. Guest & Visitor Management
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges).
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
2. Administrative & Clerical Support
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and lobby, ensuring they are tidy and presentable.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing conference room bookings, and updating calendars.
- Provide basic administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Pay: ₹8,827.46 - ₹30,280.32 per month
