Relevant experience in Retail and/or Commercial design projects
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with experience in retail and commercial design projects. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering architectural solutions that align with client requirements, brand identity, and functional efficiency. The role demands strong design thinking, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage projects from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and design layouts for retail and commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and presentation materials
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into revisions
- Support site visits and supervise design implementation where required
- Work on 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using relevant design software
- Assist in preparing project documentation, BOQs, and design reports
Required Skills:
- Strong design and visualization skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or similar architectural software (Revit and Photoshop preferred)
- Understanding of retail and commercial space planning principles
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction details
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
