Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and ownership qualities are must. This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills are required.
- Doing proof of concepts (POCs) and sharing knowledge in peers .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Mentoring Junior members to complete tasks and lead the development team.
- Develop / maintain IVR applications using built in Java and Spring Boot and VXML
- Migrating existing IVR applications to cloud platforms
- REST API design and production troubleshooting
- Open to work on new technologies
- IVR development with VXML
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms
- Integrate existing applications with AI systems and mentor junior developers
Required Skills
- Experience in contact center domain is must.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Java, Spring boot, VXML, Microservices
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, multithreading, Rest API development
- Expertise in UI technologies including JSP and React.js
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / Alibaba Cloud platforms
- Experience with IBM MQ, Kafka
- System design understating and
- Knowledge of REST APIs and scalable application development
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, Google App Engine, AWS ECS
- Production support and troubleshooting
Added Advantage
- Experience with Google dialog flow, Twilio or other cloud telephony systems
- Expertise in AI development, RAG
- Experience with using github copilot, Windsurf etc to speed up development process.
- Expertise with Python programming.
