They are responsible for content creation, community management, campaign execution, and data analysis to optimize digital strategy and build meaningful connections with target audiences. Core Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop platform-specific copy, visual assets, and short-form video concepts (e.g., Reels, carousels) aligned with the brand's voice.
- Social Strategy & Campaigns: Build, manage, and execute comprehensive social media content calendars.
- Community Engagement: Moderate comments, respond to direct messages, and interact with followers to foster brand loyalty.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics—such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions—to adjust strategies based on data.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on algorithm changes, viral audio, and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Essential Requirements
- Proven Experience: Practical experience managing social media accounts or executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to write engaging, concise, and platform-appropriate captions and hooks.
- Technical Tooling: Familiarity with social media management software (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and design or scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite).
