Job Summary
The Membership Consultant is responsible for driving membership sales, generating leads, converting prospects into members, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role plays a key part in achieving club revenue targets by promoting Multifit's fitness solutions, memberships, and personal training services while building strong relationships with members and prospects.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.
- Convert walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and leads into active memberships.
- Promote and sell membership plans, personal training packages, and other club services.
- Conduct professional club tours and fitness consultations for prospective members.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Upsell membership upgrades, renewals, and fitness programs.
Lead Management
- Generate leads through local marketing activities, corporate tie-ups, events, referrals, and community outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Ensure every lead receives timely follow-up and professional communication.
Member Experience
- Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable membership solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service from inquiry to onboarding.
- Address customer objections professionally and confidently.
- Build long-term relationships to improve retention and referral business.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and members.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Participate in promotional events, fitness campaigns, and local outreach activities.
- Build relationships with corporates, residential communities, educational institutions, and local businesses.
- Represent Multifit professionally in all interactions and events.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate membership records and sales reports.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with club policies, pricing structures, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.
