NGO Social Media Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and update the NGO's social media platforms and website.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, blogs, and campaign updates.
- Promote fundraising campaigns, events, volunteer opportunities, and awareness initiatives.
- Develop content showcasing the NGO's programs, impact stories, and achievements.
- Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Regularly update website content, photos, reports, and event information.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Track social media and website performance and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and project updates.
- Support digital marketing, SEO, and online engagement activities
