Position: Pilot Salesman – Bakery Division
Location: As per assigned territory
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail outlets and develop strong customer relationships.
- Promote and sell the company's bakery products.
- Generate new business and expand the customer base.
- Ensure timely order booking and collection of payments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail counters.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
- Submit daily sales reports and route plans to the reporting manager.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience in FMCG/Bakery sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Honest, energetic, and target-oriented.
