Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Analytics Strategies
- Create and implement datadriven strategies to enhance personalization improve customer engagement and drive conversion rates
- Strategic Thinking Translate business goals into actionable CJA solutions and identify opportunities for optimization
- Team Leadership Guide and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- CJA Proficiency Possess deep knowledge and experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics including its features capabilities and best practices
- Data Visualization and Reporting Develop dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate insights and drive datadriven decisionmaking
- Integration and Collaboration Integrate CJA with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Realtime CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer and collaborate with various teams
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong background in data architecture analytics and relevant technical skills such as JavaScript SQL and ETL processes
- Experience with data modeling data ingestion and data governance Experience with data visualization tools Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
