About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and leadership teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Develop business cases, process maps, workflow diagrams, and requirement documentation.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support project delivery through testing, validation, and change management activities.
- Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Process Improvement, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and documentation methodologies.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and gap analyses.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or equivalent.
- Experience in financial services, technology, consulting, e-commerce, or enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of data analytics, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
