We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive global business growth by identifying and onboarding new buyers, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding our export market presence. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in generating export orders and handling B2B international sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Business Development
- Identify and acquire new international buyers, importers, wholesalers, and retail brands.
- Generate and convert export inquiries into confirmed business orders.
- Develop market entry strategies for new countries and regions.
- Build strong relationships with sourcing agents and buying houses.
2. Client Acquisition & Account Management
- Manage end-to-end communication with overseas clients.
- Conduct negotiations on pricing, MOQ, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Ensure repeat business and long-term client retention.
3. Export Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop email outreach and digital marketing strategies for buyer acquisition.
- Represent the company in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and buyer requirements.
- Identify opportunities in key markets such as United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and the Middle East.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in international sales/business development in exports
- Experience in home furnishing, home textiles, bags, or related manufacturing industries
- Proven track record of bringing international business and generating export revenue
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Existing buyer/importer network is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
