Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the Cement or RMC industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, handling site visits, and increasing market presence in assigned territories.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in Cement/RMC market
- Meet builders, contractors, engineers, and construction companies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct site visits and client meetings regularly
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
- Coordinate with plant, dispatch, and operations teams for timely delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Prepare sales reports and daily activity updates
- Support marketing activities and brand promotion in the assigned area
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Cement, RMC, or Construction industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local construction market
- Ability to handle field sales and client coordination
- Must have own vehicle and valid driving license preferred
