Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales) – B'Creamy India Pvt. Ltd.
Job Overview: B'Creamy India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, result-oriented Field Sales Executive with 4 to 5 years of solid experience in General Trade. In this role, you will be our primary driving force on the ground, expanding our brand's presence by onboarding new ice cream distributors and strengthening our retail network. If you thrive in a fast-paced field sales environment and have a proven track record in the FMCG, dairy, or frozen foods sector, we want you on our team to help take B'Creamy to the next level.
Experience: 4–5 years in FMCG / Food / Dairy / Frozen Foods (Ice Cream industry highly preferred).

Key Responsibilities :
- Distributor Expansion: Identify, pitch to, and appoint new ice cream distributors and super stockists to expand B'Creamy's market coverage.
- General Trade Management: Visit retail outlets, grocery stores, and local vendors daily to drive secondary sales and maximize B'Creamy product placement.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with our distributor network to ensure optimal stock rotation, timely order placement, and smooth supply chain flow.
- Cold Chain Infrastructure Monitoring: Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure proper B'Creamy deep-freezer placement, optimum temperature maintenance, and zero product spoilage.
- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and value targets within your assigned territory.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, promotional activities, and flavor trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Outstanding Recovery: Ensure timely collections, payment reconciliations, and smooth settlement of dues from the distributor network.
Requirements & Skills:
- Core Experience: 4–5 years of proven, hands-on experience in General Trade and Distributor Management.
- Industry Background: Prior experience handling perishable cold-chain products, dairy, ice cream, or frozen food is highly preferred.
- Local Geography: Deep understanding of retail pockets, commercial hubs, and existing distributor networks in the assigned territory.
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills with a friendly, professional approach to building long-term business relationships.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Reporting: Familiarity with daily sales reporting tools or field tracking apps.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
