1. Basic Information

- Job Title: Officer / Assistant Manager – Compliance
- Location: Madurai
- Reporting To: DGM - Corporate Affairs
2. Job Objective
To ensure that the organization complies with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and statutory obligations by monitoring processes, conducting audits, and implementing compliance frameworks.
3. Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards
- Monitor daily operational activities for compliance deviations
- Conduct compliance audits and prepare audit reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement compliance requirements
- Maintain and update compliance documentation and records
- Identify risks and suggest corrective/preventive actions
- Liaise with regulatory authorities when required
- Provide compliance training and awareness to employees
4. Authority
- Authority to review and audit processes across departments
- Authority to report non-compliance issues to management
- Authority to recommend corrective actions
5. Job SpecificationsQualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Law / Business Administration
- Professional certifications (if any) will be an added advantage
Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory roles
Age
- Preferred: Below 40 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
