Job Summary
The Product Picking Executive is responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders. The role ensures timely order fulfillment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products according to pick lists or handheld scanning devices.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before dispatch.
- Pack and label items as per company guidelines.
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to the supervisor.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required.
- Coordinate with packing, dispatch, and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and barcode scanners.
- Ability to lift and move products as required.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if needed.

Pay: ₹30,086.00 - ₹40,230.14 per month
