We are looking for Packing Officers to join the packing department at our WHO-GMP certified manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on role across our packing halls and packing material area. Full training will be provided, making it a good opportunity for science graduates who want to build a long-term career in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day packing operations (blister, strip, bottle, and carton packing) as per the daily plan.

Carry out line clearance, in-process checks, and basic quality checks during packing.

Handle and issue packing materials — foil, PVC/PVDC films, cartons, leaflets, labels — and maintain proper reconciliation and records.

Ensure correct material, batch coding, and overprinting details at the packing line.

Maintain accurate entries in logbooks and packing records as per GMP / good documentation practices.

Keep the packing area clean, organised, and audit-ready (5S).

Coordinate with Production, QA/IPQA, and Stores for smooth packing flow.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP rules on the shop floor.

Education: B.Sc in any science stream — Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Botany, Zoology, Biology, etc. Open to non-pharmacy graduates only (not for B.Pharm/D.Pharm/M.Pharm).

Experience: Freshers welcome. 0–1 year is fine.

Basic computer knowledge (data entry, MS Excel/Word).

Clear communication in Hindi & basic English.
