Designation: Executive Accounts
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Industry Preferred: Prior experience in Real Estate Industry preferred
Education Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred, Prior experience in handling Tally-based accounting
Role Involves: Accounting on Tally Prime, Monthly books finalisation, MIS reporting, TDS
& GST compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-Day Accounting (Core Tally Work)
- Pass journal, payment, receipt, and contra entries in Tally
- Maintain project-wise and SPV-wise books of accounts
- Vendor invoice accounting, customer receipts, and adjustments
- Bank reconciliation (BRS) on a regular basis
- Ledger scrutiny and periodic clean-up
2. Real Estate Project Accounting
- Track project costs (land, construction, approvals, overheads)
- Allocate expenses to relevant projects/SPVs
- Maintain WIP (Work-in-Progress) and project cost sheets
- Assist in revenue recognition
3. TDS & Income Tax
- Deduction and deposit of TDS
- Filing of TDS returns
- Reconciliation with Form 26Q/26AS
- Support in income tax assessments and audits
5. Banking & Payments
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules
- Prepare cash flow statements
- Handle loan-related accounting (interest, repayments, charges)
- Liaise with banks for documentation and compliance
6. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare Monthly MIS reports
- Assist in preparation of Budget vs actuals
- Provide data for management review
7. Audit & Compliance
- Assist in Statutory audit.
Skills Required:
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for work
- Proven experience in Accounts & Finance function
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Tally
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Good with numbers, figures and analytical expertise with presenting reports
- Professionally Motivated, High Integrity & Organisation Centric
- Excellent in organising data
- Knowledge & willingness to learn
- Should be a team player
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
