About Us
Lifeguard Technology LLC is a Dubai-based technology company with 30+ years in data recovery, data backup, and data security, trusted by leading government and enterprise clients across the UAE and GCC. We're expanding our B2B and corporate sales and are hiring remote tele sales executives to build partnerships and win new business.
The Role
You'll drive B2B and corporate sales through outbound calling, LinkedIn, and email — building referral partnerships with IT companies, selling annual backup services to businesses, and registering Lifeguard as an approved vendor with banks and large enterprises. This is a hunter role for someone who's comfortable on the phone and knows how to open corporate doors.
What You'll Do
- IT company partnerships: Contact IT companies across the UAE to sign them as data-recovery referral partners (commission-based model).
- Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS) sales: Sell annual data backup contracts to SMEs and corporates.
- Banking sector: Approach banks for data recovery services — arrange MOU/NDA signing and get Lifeguard registered on their vendor lists.
- Enterprise vendor registration: Contact the UAE's top 500 companies and register Lifeguard Technology LLC as an approved vendor.
- Book appointments and product demos for the senior team, maintain the CRM, and report daily.
Requirements
- B.Tech or a technical education (IT/computer background strongly preferred — you must be able to speak credibly about storage, servers, and data loss).
- Prior B2B / corporate tele sales experience (experienced candidates go straight to salary + commission).
- Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic a plus).
- Confident phone manner and strong LinkedIn/outreach skills.
Work-From-Home Setup (mandatory)
- A separate, quiet room with no background noise.
- Own laptop and stable high-speed internet.
- Professional environment suitable for corporate calls.
Compensation & Path
- Experienced candidates: Fixed salary + commission from day one.
- Freshers: Welcome to apply, but must complete a 3-month internship before moving to a salaried + commission role.
How to Apply
Apply through Indeed with your CV. In one line, tell us your best B2B sales win — or, if a fresher, why you'll succeed in corporate sales.

Lead-Generation Roadmap (hand this to the hire)
Since you asked what else works beyond LinkedIn requests — here's the specific playbook for corporate data recovery/backup/security leads:
LinkedIn (primary engine)
Send targeted connection requests to IT Managers, CISOs, CTOs, IT Procurement, and Facilities/Admin heads. Once they accept, don't pitch cold — engage first: comment on their posts, share Lifeguard case studies and data-loss/ransomware content, then message to book a short call. Join and stay active in UAE IT, CISO, SME, and business-network groups; reply helpfully and let your profile do the selling.
Data sources to build the calling list
UAE company directories and business listings, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dubai/Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce member lists, free-zone company directories (DMCC, DAFZA, JAFZA, Dubai Internet City), and industry association member lists. For the "top 500," work sector by sector (banking, healthcare, real estate, logistics, legal, retail).
Vendor-registration route (banks + top 500)
Most large firms and banks have a formal supplier/vendor onboarding process. The play is: call procurement/admin, ask for the vendor registration process, submit the company profile + trade license + certifications (push ISO), and get on the approved list before a data emergency happens — so you're the pre-approved vendor they call.
Channel & referral partners (highest leverage)
IT companies and MSPs are both partners and a lead source — sign them on the 10% referral model. Also build referral relationships with complementary vendors: hardware suppliers, IT AMC providers, accounting firms, and business consultants who serve SMEs.
Beyond outbound
Email sequences to targeted lists; webinars/short sessions like "Ransomware & Data Loss Protection for UAE Businesses"; presence at GITEX and industry events; and asking every closed client for 3 referrals into their own IT network.
Simple 90-day ramp: Month 1 — build the database, warm up LinkedIn, start vendor registrations. Month 2 — daily outreach at full volume, book demos, sign first referral partners. Month 3 — close BaaS contracts, push bank MOUs/NDAs, and get consistent enterprise vendor approvals.
