Job Title: HR Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing performance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and annual appraisal processes.
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA in HR preferred).
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
