Job Title: Asst. Manager Sales – Real Estate
Reporting to: Manager Sales – Real Estate
Assistant Manager Sales for plotted developments (land plots in residential enclave) oversees site sales, lead conversion, and compliance. This role emphasizes on-site lead management, client engagement, plot-specific negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle for plotted land, including lead generation, site visits, plot allotment, and booking documentation to achieve monthly targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM technology
- Conduct market analysis on plot pricing, competitor layouts, and local demand trends; negotiate terms like payment plans and plot sizes .
- Handle client queries on plot amenities, approvals, and legal aspects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Real Estate, or Marketing; 3-5 years in plotted sales or land
development, preferably in Karnataka.
- Familiarity with plot registration processes, and CRM tools for tracking plot inventory .
Essential Skills
- Expertise in on-site sales techniques, plot visualization tools, and digital marketing for plot promotions.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills for competitive plotted markets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for sales reports and local language communication.
- Language – English and Kannada is a must

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
