Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle customer interactions through telephone calls. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, providing information about products/services, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The role requires good communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide information about company products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, leads, and pending requirements.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update details in the database/system.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through effective communication.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, offers, and company policies to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned by the organization.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers at all times.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with the concerned team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to communicate confidently over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good listening skills and customer handling ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
