ZFORB is hiring an experienced Travel Sales Consultant to handle international holiday inquiries and assist Indian clients in planning outbound travel. The role involves consulting clients, designing customized itineraries, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inquiries for international holiday packages
* Advise clients on destinations across Europe, Asia, Dubai, Vietnam, Bali, Singapore, Thailand, and other international locations.
* Design customized travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing
* Guide clients on visa requirements, including Schengen visa processes
* Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into bookings
* Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and international partners
* Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure high conversion and satisfaction
Required Experience
* 3–6 years experience as a Travel Consultant / Holiday Consultant
* Strong background in outbound travel and international holiday bookings
* Experience working with reputed travel companies or tour operators
* Good knowledge of international destinations .
* Strong sales and client consultation skills
* Knowledge of international travel planning and customized itineraries
* Excellent communication and customer-handling ability
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
