A BPO Executive is responsible for handling customer calls, providing information about the society's products and services, following up with customers, and maintaining good relationships with members and clients. The role includes making outbound calls for business promotion, lead generation, customer support, and collection follow-up when required. The BPO Executive must maintain call records, update customer details in the system, and coordinate with branch staff for customer requirements. On certain occasions, the employee may also be required to assist with field work or branch activities based on business needs. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly approach are essential for this role.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
