Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. If you enjoy creating engaging visuals, short-form videos, and social media content, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-growing AI startup.
You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling visual content that attracts and engages our audience across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Produce product demo videos and promotional videos.
- Design banners, advertisements, website creatives, and marketing assets.
- Edit images and create visually appealing graphics using AI-assisted design tools where applicable.
- Maintain consistency with brand identity across all visual content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent software.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, short videos, and social media creatives.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI image generation or AI design tools is an added advantage.
- Interest in AI, technology, and digital marketing is a plus.
