Job Summary
We are looking for a practical and hands-on Maintenance & Facility Engineer for our company. The candidate will be responsible for machine maintenance, factory utility management, fabrication supervision, and execution of new development work within the factory premises.
The role includes handling maintenance activities as well as supervising factory improvement projects such as iron fabrication, cabin setup, utility modifications, and infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities
Machine & Utility Maintenance
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of factory machines.
- Ensure smooth operation of utilities and production equipment.
- Coordinate machine repair and servicing activities.
Factory Development & Improvement Work
- Supervise factory development and modification work.
- Handle fabrication-related activities such as:
- Iron racks
- Trolleys
- Platforms
- Safety structures
- Coordinate civil and wooden work including:
- Cabins
- Office partitions
- Drainage systems
- Flooring and layout modifications
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with fabricators, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and civil contractors.
- Monitor quality and timely completion of work.
Project Execution
- Support installation and shifting of machines.
- Execute factory improvement and space utilization projects.
- Suggest cost-effective maintenance and development solutions.
Safety & Documentation
- Ensure safe maintenance practices inside factory premises.
- Maintain maintenance records and work reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
