Job Title: Junior Executive /Executive- Marketing Support
Function: Marketing
Reporting To Business Head/Marketing Head
Qualifications Must be Graduate
Experience Must Have 2-3 Years in Machine Tool Industry.
Role Purpose:
- To support the Branch Head in Marketing to achieve the targets
Job Summary
This position will be a part of the Marketing team responsible for maintaining and executing effective Marketing support function.
Roles & Responsibility
- Preparing quotation & Performa Invoice for ACE / AMS / MGTL.
- Assisting to Sales team in Order creation, Order updation with the accuracy and uploading relevant documents.
- Updating Opportunity Lapsed, Pending orders revised delivery date, Opportunity review
- within 30 days
- Assigning Leads to Engineers and sending status of leads updation to Engineers
- Order lost reporting and sending reminder mails for low reporting of order lost
- Payment Deposit of customers and updations.
- preparation Purchase order preparation - For all principals and sending documents
- to Respective customers
- Maintaining Documentation of al related to communications about customer orders
- Co-Ordination with Principals Payment Desposits.Credit Approval & Machine Dispatch
- and all relevant documentation
- Maintaining catalogues availability and informing to principals
- Monthly dispatches and Order booking status against Target sending to Branch Head
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
