Job Title: Electrical Estimation Engineer
Location: Bhosari, Pune
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimation Engineer to support industrial Greenfield and Brownfield projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in electrical estimation, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, tendering, vendor coordination, and project evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales and technical support for Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
- Prepare electrical estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and budgets.
- Analyze project requirements and evaluate technical feasibility.
- Prepare and submit bids, tenders, and techno-commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and pricing.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project, procurement, and design teams.
- Maintain project estimation records and documentation.
Technical Requirements
- Good knowledge of Electrical Systems including HV/LV Distribution, Substations, Lighting, Earthing, Cabling, Cable Trays, and Power Distribution.
- Understanding of MEP and Fire Protection systems.
- Experience in quantity take-off, budgeting, costing, and tendering.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other estimation tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Education
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Electrical Estimation, Tendering, Costing, or EPC Projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EPC, Industrial Infrastructure, Utilities, Fire & Electrical Projects.
- Knowledge of vendor management and subcontractor coordination.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
