Position Summary
Brand Synthesis is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored branding and digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client business needs and propose relevant branding, creative, digital marketing, SEO, website development, and advertising solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and digital teams to ensure client requirements are translated into effective solutions.
- Build partnerships with complementary businesses and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in branding and digital marketing.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, CRM updates, and forecasting.
- Represent Brand Synthesis at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in advertising, branding, digital marketing, or media agencies.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, SEO, social media, web solutions, and creative services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close business deals.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven mindset.
- Strong networking and lead generation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal creation.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in agency business development.
- Existing network in startup, SME, corporate, or retail business sectors.
- Strategic thinking with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
