About the Role
Note: This is not a typical social media role.
At Corefactors, we’re looking for someone who can think content, create visuals, and move fast using AI.You will own video content, social creatives, and visual storytelling across platforms, while ensuring everything we ship looks sharp, consistent, and engaging.
What You’ll Do
Video-First Content (Primary Focus)
- Create Instagram Reels & short-form videos
- Shoot activity-based content (team, real scenarios, CRM use-cases)
- Own ideation → execution → editing
Infographics & Social Creatives
- Design LinkedIn infographics
- Create high-engagement social posts
- Convert product + blog content into visual formats
AI-Assisted Creative + Review
- Use AI tools to generate creatives
- Review & refine AI-generated blog and webpage visuals
- Maintain quality, clarity, and brand consistency
Web Visuals & Design
- Create icons, illustrations, and webpage visuals
- Support landing/product page design
Content Collaboration
- Work with team to create engaging, relatable content
- Bring ideas (not just execution)
What We’re Looking For
Core
- Strong understanding of Instagram + LinkedIn
- Proven work in reels, infographics, and social creatives
- Good storytelling + visual thinking
Video & Design
- Hands-on with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Ability to create clean designs, icons, basic illustrations
AI Literacy
- Experience with tools like Canva AI, Midjourney, Figma AI
- Ability to generate + refine AI outputs
Mindset
- High ownership, fast execution
- Detail-oriented with strong quality bar
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setup
Bonus
- SaaS / CRM / sales domain exposure
- Meme + trend understanding (especially Indian context)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
