Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Fresher) to support project planning, coordination, and execution. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in project management and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project requirements and updates
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays
- Support in technical analysis and problem-solving during project execution
- Maintain project records and data
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics or related field)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant technical tools
- Internship or academic project experience
