The APAC Badging Manager plans, initiates, oversees and scales badging, physical identity, and access control programs at the regional and sub-regional level. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of badge operations and access management across APAC, ensuring alignment with the Global Badging Office and consistent application of global best practices. The incumbent administers the APAC badging team on behalf of the Regional Operations Manager, driving operational excellence through metrics-based reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with local management, employees, contractors, vendors, and the ACS Leadership Team across the region. In addition to strong program and project management expertise, this is a customer-focused role requiring excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to the ACS Leadership Team and Regional Security Managers, enabling operational excellence in badging and access control.

Act as the regional liaison to the Corporate Security Badge Office (CSBO), ensuring alignment on all policies, standards, procedures, and program initiatives.

Apply and embed global best practices across APAC badging operations, adapting them to local requirements while maintaining compliance with the Corporate Global Badge Policy.

Lead strategic improvement projects and regional change management initiatives to enhance security controls, badging processes, and team capabilities, developing project plans and white papers to deliver significant business value.

Own operational reporting through regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement through metrics including SLA performance, badge processing volumes, audit outcomes, and access control compliance.

Monitor access control and visitor management system status, initiating remediation and troubleshooting within authority and in partnership with technical security teams.
- Administer the APAC badging team on behalf of the Regional Operations Manager, including workload management, capability development, and performance oversight.

Oversee badging operations compliance to Occupational Health and Safety and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Manage access levels, permission groups, and resolver groups, including creation, modification, and ongoing accuracy of all access control information. Oversee quarterly audits by local badging leads on access levels.

Support import/export of badging supplies and ensure proper maintenance of badging inventory and records.

Perform other badge and physical identity access management duties as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager and Head of Corporate Security.

Qualifications:
Graduate with relevant experience of 5-10 years.

Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
