- Implement and monitor hospital policies, SOPs, and processes as per NABH standards.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective & preventive actions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report quality indicators and patient feedback.
- Coordinate hospital committees, safety rounds, and BMW & infection control compliance.
- Lead IPD rounds, address patient grievances, and support smooth discharge processes.
- Train departments on NABH and quality policies; support accreditation activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, medical officers, nursing, and paramedical teams.
- Oversee Medical Records Department (MRD) and assist hospital operations as required.
