Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced 3D Animation & VFX Faculty to train and mentor students in industry-standard animation and visual effects software. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, creative skills, and the ability to guide students with practical production workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students.
- Teach 3D Animation, Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rendering, and VFX concepts.
- Train students on industry-standard software and production pipelines.
- Support students in projects, assignments, showreels, and portfolio development.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance for skill improvement.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and technologies.
- Coordinate with academic and management teams for smooth course delivery.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of 3D Animation & VFX fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in software such as:
- Autodesk Maya
- Blender
- Adobe After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Photoshop
- Substance Painter (Preferred)
- Unreal Engine / Houdini (Optional Advantage)
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Diploma in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of industry or teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent practical knowledge and strong portfolios may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
