Job Overview:
Sastinadha EPC Solution India Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Accountancy professional to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate should have experience in handling accounts within EPC, construction, or project-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Operations
- Pass journal entries and maintain accurate books of accounts
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable management
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and maintain ledger records
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash handling
Taxation & Compliance Support
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory return preparation
- Maintain supporting documents for audits
- Coordinate with auditors and senior accounts team
Project & Vendor Coordination
- Support project-wise billing and expense tracking
- Monitor vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders and contracts
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required
- Maintain organized financial records and data backups
- Support senior management with financial documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
Preferred Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com or related commerce degree
