We work with producers, importers, brand owners, and recyclers to navigate India's evolving regulatory landscape.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven B2B Sales professional to lead client acquisition and expand our footprint across target sectors. This is a front-line revenue role in a specialist consultancy, requiring the ability to build credibility with senior compliance, legal, and finance stakeholders at large and mid-size companies. The role involves the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, proposal development, and closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect prospective clients from regulated sectors including FMCG, pharma, auto components, electronics, plastics, lubricants, and industrial manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of producer, importer, and brand owner leads across plastic waste, e-waste, battery waste, and used oil streams.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings with compliance heads, sustainability managers, CFOs, and legal teams to understand their EPR obligations and position ReCirculytics as their compliance partner.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals covering scope, timelines, deliverables, and fee structures in coordination with the technical team.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact through agreement execution, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach activity, pipeline status, and deal progression.
- Track regulatory developments (new rules, CPCB circulars, deadline announcements) and use them proactively as outreach triggers.
- Support the firm's thought leadership efforts by sharing content on LinkedIn, participating in industry events, and representing ReCirculytics at webinars and conferences.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client portfolio in coordination with the delivery team.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in regulatory advisory, environmental compliance, SaaS for compliance, or professional services.
- Prior experience in environmental consulting, ESG advisory, or compliance technology.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to mid-to-large corporates and manage multi-stakeholder buying decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfort with formal proposal drafting.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team environment.
- Familiarity with EPR regulations (PWM Rules, E-Waste Rules, Battery Waste Rules) or a demonstrable ability to learn regulatory frameworks quickly.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and digital sales workflows.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
