We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Holidays Department Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of tour operations, from planning and coordination to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences to clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan, organize, and execute domestic and international tour packages (individual and group).
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, local agents, and guides to ensure smooth tour operations.
- Supervise tour consultants and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Handle tour quotations, costing, and itinerary preparation.
- Manage group tours and escort travelers when required.
- Ensure all tours meet company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and tourism trends.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote new packages.
- Prepare reports on tour performance, profitability, and customer feedback.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in tour operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tours and handle pressure during peak seasons.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
