We are hiring for Inside Sales Executive (B2B/B2C)
Overview
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
This role involves converting inbound leads into confirmed orders, supporting customers
via Eleczo.com and WhatsApp, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong
customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Encourage B2B and B2C customers to place orders directly on Eleczo.com and
assist with login, cart creation, product selection, checkout, and payment.
- Connect only with registered customers and prioritize engagement with verified
buyers by understanding their purchase history, current needs, and potential for
repeat business to ensure high-quality conversions and stronger customer
relationships
- Share pre-filled carts or direct payment links via WhatsApp/email to speed up order
conversion and prioritize online checkout; provide quotations only when required.
- Handle inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, calls, and emails, understanding
customer requirements and recommending suitable products.
- Follow up diligently with leads until orders are closed and reactivate cold/warm
leads for repeat business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty.
- Update CRM in real-time with lead stages, follow-up notes, and order status to
ensure accurate pipeline visibility.
- Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and Logistics for order processing, invoicing,
dispatch follow-ups, and provide delivery timelines, stock updates, and shipment
tracking.
- Handle post-order service queries to ensure customer satisfaction and proactively
check in with previous buyers for reorders or new requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Tech preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, or E-commerce Sales
- Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Email, and Excel
- Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English
- Multilingual is preferable (Kanada, Tamil, and Telugu)
- Ability to follow up diligently and maintain product knowledge
- Customer-first mindset, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Collaborative and willing to work closely with field sales and back-office teams
