Job Title: Centre Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily patient/clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of services
· Manage outpatient flow, appointments, registrations, and minimize waiting time
· Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely consultations and procedures
· Supervise front office and support staff (including office boys, housekeeping, etc.)
· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the clinic
· Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations effectively
· Maintain discipline, punctuality, and workflow efficiency across the clinic
· Monitor availability of medical and non-medical supplies
· Ensure proper documentation, billing coordination, and report management
· Implement basic process improvements to enhance patient experience
· Maintain inventory and coordinate courier and local shipping
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
· 2-3 years experience in manager capacity (or) above 5 years working in a hospital/medical set-up with good flow of OPD patients
· Basic understanding of OPD management and patient handling
Key Skills:
· Strong coordination and supervision skills
· Patient handling and communication
· Problem-solving and quick decision-making
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Attention to detail and operational discipline
· Kannada and English is a must, ability to speak Hindi or any one additional south Indian language will be an asset
Working Conditions:
· Clinic-based role with regular patient interaction
May require extended hours depending on clinic timings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
