Job Summary
The college is seeking qualified, dedicated, and motivated candidates for the position of Assistant Professor across various academic departments. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, academic planning, mentoring students, conducting practical/laboratory sessions, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, practicals, and laboratory sessions as per curriculum requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment methods.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and professional development.
- Conduct internal assessments, evaluations, and examinations.
- Participate in curriculum development, seminars, workshops, and academic activities.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and departmental documentation.
- Support research, innovation, industry interaction, and institutional development activities.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to academic standards within the department.
- Participate in accreditation, admissions, placements, and other institutional responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualifications and experience shall be as per the norms and guidelines of:
- University Grants Commission (UGC)
- All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
- Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)
- I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU), PSBTE
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in the concerned discipline from recognized universities/institutions.
- Prior teaching or industry experience will be preferred where applicable.

Pay: ₹15,600.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
