- To operate and maintain the litter picking machine efficiently for cleaning roads, parks, lakes, public spaces, and other assigned areas, ensuring effective collection of litter while maintaining safety, productivity, and machine performance.
- . Machine Operation
- Operate the litter picking machine safely and efficiently as per the assigned route and schedule.
2. Daily Inspection & Maintenance
- Conduct pre-start and post-operation inspections of the machine.
- Check tyre pressure, battery, belts, hoses, filter cleaning and safety devices.
- Clean the machine before closing duty.
- Report defects or breakdowns immediately to the Supervisor or Maintenance Team.
3. Productivity & Quality
- Achieve daily cleaning targets as assigned.
- Ensure litter is collected without damaging roads, pavements, landscaping, or public property.
- Minimise machine idle time and maximise operational efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness standards as per client requirements.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and wear prescribed PPE.
- Observe traffic and pedestrian safety while operating in public areas.
- Immediately report accidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and equipment damage.
- Comply with company policies and statutory safety requirements.
5. Housekeeping & Teamwork
- Keep the machine and work area clean.
- Coordinate with supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
- Support other operational activities whenever required.
- Collect litter, leaves, plastic waste, paper, bottles, and other solid waste from designated areas.
- Ensure complete coverage of assigned locations with minimum missed areas.
- Follow operational SOPs while operating the equipment.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
