We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager- Operations to lead and optimize our day-to-day business operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving processes, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the organization delivers exceptional results while supporting long-term business growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operational teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, HR, Finance, Customer Success, and Product.
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Prepare executive reports and present operational insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Operations Management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and operational management tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
