1. Visiting and managing customer complaints, repairing, rectifying, resolving breakdowns and doing preventive maintenance of equipment’s of customers supplied by Josts.
2. Assisting the customer with the pre-installation requirements. Installation of Chambers and Vibration Test Systems, understanding user, operation Manual and Service Instructions.
3. Able to handle on- site Repair, after sales Maintenance of these types of Systems/Machines/Equipment’s
4. Communicating with customer and Internal team for update of service and repair Jobs.
5. Documentation involving Service Reports, Calibration certificates and offers/quotes for AMC + Spares + Repair Jobs + Calibration of equipment via self or 3rd Party etc.
6. Revenue generation thru' existing customer base and new leads for Service deptt.
7. Delivery of Technical and Training presentations for effective customer service.
8. Technical discussions to understand the customer’s requirements. Correspondence with Vendors and Local OEMs. Providing solutions to the customer’s technical queries verbal and in writing.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
