Front Desk Executive (Veterinary Diagnostics)
We are looking for a highly organized, empathetic, and dedicated Front Desk Executive to join our 24/7 Veterinary Diagnostic Center. The ideal candidate isn’t just an administrator—they are a true animal lover who remains calm and compassionate in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Greet pet parents warmly, manage appointments, and handle high-volume calls with professional etiquette.
- Report Management: Efficiently communicate and distribute diagnostic results/reports to pet owners and referring veterinarians.
- Inventory Control: Track clinic stock levels, manage procurement, and handle vendor purchases to ensure the center is always supplied.
- Patient Care: Provide a welcoming, stress-free environment for animals entering the center.
- 24/7 Operations: Manage front-desk duties across various shifts (including nights/weekends) as part of our round-the-clock service.
Requirements
- Animal Lover (Mandatory): Must be comfortable around all types of pets and demonstrate genuine compassion for animal welfare.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to explain processes to anxious pet owners.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle billing, scheduling, and inventory simultaneously.
- Resilience: Comfortable working in a 24/7 diagnostic setting where emergency cases may arise.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
