About the Role
We are seeking a visionary VP of Engineering – Embedded Systems to lead and scale our embedded engineering organization. This leadership role will be responsible for driving strategy, execution, and innovation across embedded product development and engineering teams.

Lead and oversee end-to-end embedded systems engineering across multiple programs

Define and drive engineering strategy, roadmap, and execution excellence

Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, validation, and program management

Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and customer objectives

Drive innovation, process improvements, and adoption of emerging technologies

Engage with stakeholders and customers to align on technical direction and business goals

Proven leadership experience in Embedded Systems Engineering

Strong technical background in embedded software/firmware development

Experience managing large, distributed engineering teams

Deep understanding of embedded architectures, real-time systems, and product development lifecycle

Strong program management and delivery experience

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
