- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents
- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, letters)
- Support HR and administrative tasks as required
- Maintain office supplies and ensure availability of stationery
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms
- Handle basic data entry and maintain records accurately
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of office premises
- Run errands and assist staff with day-to-day tasks
