- Customer Reception: Greet customers, listen to complaints regarding the vehicle, and record the exact condition of the vehicle.
- Estimation & Documentation: Inspect accidental or damaged vehicles, prepare accurate repair estimates, and open clear job cards.
- Insurance Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for insurance surveyors, process claim documentation, and secure repair approvals.
- Technician Liaison: Explain the scope of work to the bodyshop supervisor/technicians and monitor repair progress.
- Customer Updates: Provide regular status updates to clients regarding delays or changes in repair timelines.
- Delivery & Quality Check: Ensure vehicles undergo a final quality and wash check, explain the invoice/replaced parts, and process payments.
