Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing: Posting and updating job openings on job boards and company portals.
- Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to match candidates with job requirements.
- Coordination: Scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and sending out follow-up emails.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Documentation: Assisting with offer letters, background checks, and new-hire paperwork.
- Orientation: Helping prepare onboarding materials and assisting with orientation sessions for new employees.
- Database Management: Updating HR information systems (HRIS) with employee data, attendance, and leave records.
General Administration
- Employee Support: Fielding basic HR queries from employees regarding company policies or benefits.
- Records Management: Filing and maintaining confidential physical and digital employee document
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
