About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with Nova's prospective clients and identifying their unique requirements
- Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition
- Partnering with prospects to help them minimize risks by identifying and pitching relevant product
- Using CRM to track interactions and build a database that can help towards long term strategy
- Being in par with industry trends and updating the team regarding the same at regular intervals
- Building and leveraging industry network that are of business leverage for Nova
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Liability Insurance Sales and having worked on proposals with upwards of $20mn limit of liabilities
- Prior experience in selling to key decision-makers such as Founders, CFOs, CISOs, or CTOs is desirable with proven track records on sales metrics
- Core expertise in Liability Insurance including Cyber, D&O, Errors & Omission, Crime & CGL
- Understanding of policy wordings by different insurers for different liability policies. Detail oriented
- Pleasantly persistent when it comes to follow-ing up with clients for proposal documents & opening new conversations and leads
- Strong relationships with insurers and good negotiation skills with client
