Job Highlights: Looking for immediate joiners based in or willing to relocate to Madurai, with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Python, MLOps, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and enterprise AI solution development.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in both traditional machine learning and modern Generative AI (LLMs) to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work on large-scale structured and unstructured data, enabling intelligent automation and insights, particularly in domains such as insurance (claims, underwriting, fraud detection).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with Spark, Airflow, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, CI/CD, FastAPI, and Version Control.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and production AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Insurance, Claims Processing, Fraud Detection, or Underwriting Analytics.
- Exposure to OCR, NLP, and Document AI solutions.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, Hybrid Search Systems, or Enterprise AI Solution Development.
Soft Skills:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering production-ready solutions.
- Build scalable solutions for structured and unstructured data processing.
- Develop Generative AI applications including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, AI copilots, Q&A systems, and document summarization solutions.
- Build predictive models for classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, and fraud detection.
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs, embeddings, and vector search solutions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.
- Deploy models using FastAPI, Azure, AWS, and cloud platforms.
- Implement MLOps, model monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Business teams.
