We are seeking an experienced ABA Credentialing Expert to support our organization in managing and streamlining the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of insurance credentialing, BCBA/BCaBA licensure, and payer enrollment across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, manage, and track credentialing and re-credentialing applications for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs with insurance payers and managed care organizations
- Complete provider enrollment applications for commercial, Medicaid, and managed care payers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records and expiration tracking systems
- Liaise with CAQH, payer portals, and licensing boards to ensure compliance
- Monitor and follow up on pending applications to minimize enrollment delays
- Verify provider licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, and other required documentation
- Respond to payer audits, information requests, and discrepancy resolution
- Ensure compliance with NCQA credentialing standards and payer-specific requirements
- Communicate credentialing status updates to internal stakeholders and clinical leadership
- Maintain confidentiality of all provider and organization information
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of credentialing experience, specifically within ABA or behavioral health settings
- Hands-on experience with CAQH ProView, Availity, and major payer portals (Optum, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Medicaid, etc.)
- Proven experience credentialing BCBAs and ABA service providers across multiple states
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
